I used this product for a period of time. I made sure I drank a full glass of water while taking these vitamins (there are two packages, one is a multivitamin, and the other is the chelation). It made me constipated. I am unsure as to how well it worked because I did not check my blood pressure, cholesterol, or anything other levels before taking this product. If you take this product you may want to have some other type of fiber.
