I’ve been taking these pills for about a week. I’ve noticed that I have more energy in the evening, and I’m able to get up earlier in the morning w/o any grogginess. I feel like I’m getting everything I need each day and that makes me feel good.

I just had my semi-annual checkup with my doctor yesterday. For 35 yrs., doctors have told me that I was a borderline type 2 diabetic. My last blood surgar level was 152.

For the last 2 and a half months, I have been taking this product each morning. Yesterday my blood sugar level was 102.

I have had Diabetes for 7 years now and recently I have been unable to control my sugars from sky rocketing. After adding this multi vitamin packet to my daily regiment I have notice more energy and stamina to my day, I have also experienced a 10 lbs. weight drop in a 3 week period. This has been great for me since I have been recovering from a major surgery and I did not have energy or strength to get back to my daily routines. I now walk and I’ve taken up swimming 2 times a week.
