There are several ways to approach making your own fruit juices, and juicing recipes make it easy for you to do just that.
Some favorite fruits to use for some delicious juices are apples, bananas, grapes, pears and even some exotic fruits like lychee. Some include other ingredients to add to the mix like yogurt to give the final product a little thicker consistency. Always ensure that the fruit is cored and the seeds or pits are removed, and that it is cut into smaller pieces.
Vegetables are often overlooked during quick meals. A tomato and some lettuce thrown on top of a cheese burger really does not qualify as a serving, and definitely does not meet the recommended daily allowance for vegetables is five a day.
